WCS Season 4 Montreal TW/HK/MO/JO Ro8 to Finals

The Ro8 stage consist of top 4 players from Season 3  and top 4 from the open qualifier. This 8 players will play a double elimination tournament format.

1. Broadcast:

Ro8 to Ro4 stage are held online, semifinal to Finals are held offline.

Ro8 to Finals Stage will be broadcasted

2. Matchday: (Time zone is TST (GMT+8))

2017/7/26 19:00: Round 1 

2017/7/27 19:00: Round 2 and Losers Round 1 

2017/8/2 19:00: Losers Round 2 and Semifinal

2017/8/3 19:00: Losers Round 3&4 and Finals

3. Check-in/Match start

online Check-in: 18:00-19:00, 15 minutes late is forfeited (19:15)

         Offline Check-in: 17:00-18:45,forfeited after 18:45

Matches start: 19:00 

Channel: 2017WCSS4 (/join 2017WCSS4)

4.Format

         Ro8 to Semifinals are Best of 5 (Bo5)

         Finals are Best of 7 (Bo7) with the player coming from the winner's bracket starting with a 1 game advantage.

6. Ban & Pick: 

The participant with the smaller number is the red player(A); the one with the larger number is the blue player (B).

For Best of 5, AB BABAC, Both players take turns to veto 1 map from the map pool, so there is 5 left, then B selects the first map.

For Best of 7, ABABABC, Both players take turns to selects map, A selects map first.
